Chers conférenciers et invités au MIRA workshop,
Nous sommes très heureux de vous confirmer que le programme du workshop est maintenant complètement bouclé. Celui-ci comprend des repas et des événements sociaux auxquels vous êtes très cordialement invités.
Dans un souci d’organisation et de démarche écoresponsable, afin de limiter le gaspillage alimentaire et les frais inutiles, nous vous remercions de bien vouloir indiquer votre présence aux différents repas et événements proposés durant le workshop. Ces informations nous permettront d’adapter l’organisation tout en garantissant le plaisir de chacun.
Le lundi 26 mai, vous êtes invités à un déjeuner de bienvenue de 12h à 13h30, à une collation autour de la pause poster de 5h45 à 19h et à un diner à 19h30.
Le mardi 27 mai, de 18h30 à 21h, vous êtes invités à un repas dinatoire servi lors d’une balade en péniche le long du Canal du Midi — un moment convivial propice aux échanges informels et au réseautage.
Le mercredi 28 dans l’après-midi, après un buffet déjeunatoire nous partirons à 14h pour Carcassonne où vous pourrez visiter la Cité de Carcassonne (monument classé au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO) ; nous reviendrons à Toulouse dans la soirée vers 22 h 30, après un diner pris sur place dans la Cité médiévale. Merci de remplir ce formulaire avec soin, même si vous ne prévoyez pas de participer à tous les repas ou toutes les journées. Nous ne prendrons en compte que les inscriptions effectives le 24 avril 2025.

We are delighted to confirm that the workshop program is now fully booked. It includes meals and social events, to which you are cordially invited.
We kindly ask you to indicate your attendance at the meals and events offered during the workshop, as part of our efforts to stay organized and maintain our commitment to sustainability by minimizing food waste and costs.
This information will help us plan the event as accurately as possible while ensuring an enjoyable experience for everyone.
On Monday, May 26, from 12 :00 to 1 :30 p.m, you are invited to a welcome lunch, a snack during the poster break from 5:45 to 7:00 p.m., and dinner at 7:30 p.m.
On Tuesday, May 27, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., you are invited to a dinner reception to be served during a boat cruise along the Canal du Midi — a convivial moment designed to encourage informal discussions and networking.
On Wednesday, May 28, at 2 p.m, after a buffet lunch, we will leave Toulouse to Carcassonne where you will have the opportunity to visit the “Cité de Carcassonne” (a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
